Problem with Foreclosure A couple came into my office today to do a title loan and had been referred by a previous customer. They needed to move because they were renting and the home was being foreclosed. They were between paychecks and needed to pay their deposit for the new place and rent a moving truck. The couple was very surprised to find how easy we could make this process. They were in and out of the office within 20 minutes.
