A very nice woman came to my office today. She was driving around trying to find the best place to do a title loan. Her grandchildren lived out of state, they were out of school for the summer, she knew their mom needed a break and she needed some time to spoil them.
I explained to here that I understood only so well because my grandchildren were in South Carolina. We spent a lot of time telling stories about our families.
When we finally got down to the business of doing her loan, she said she had previously done a loan with another title loan office. I asked her why she didn’t go back to them. She said they didn’t seem to care about her. She told me she was impressed with how fast she could get her cash, no stress, just good customer service, she also, liked the personal touch.
